Extrema Ratio EX129SELD Selvan Knife  - Developed in cooperation with master instructor Daniele Dal Canto of F.I.S.S.S. (Italian Survival Federation). The project was based on slightly modifying the military survival knife Ontos. The aim was to heighten and increase the performance of the knife as a working tool. A longer handle and a heavier blade offer a better chopping and cutting action. 12 1/4" overall. 6 1/4" Bohler N690 cobalt stainless blade with MIL-C-13924 black coating. Black Forprene handle. Heavy-duty, reinforced nylon belt sheath with adjustable leg strap. MOLLE compatible. Comes with survival kit which includes: a whistle, pocket chain saw, water purifying tablets, a compass, copper wire, fire starting flint and striker, LED micro light, a lanyard, and a diamond sharpener. All items are in a compact, heavy-duty case that is attached to the front of the sheath. This kit can be detached from the sheath and it is also MOLLE compatible. Desert tan/green sheath system.
