Irohanihoheto Style Akizuki Sword of Moon Katana

The kashira Style, gold plated with a dragon's mouth and a bell hanging from it. Unlike many katanas with the menuki in the inside of the handle wrap, this one has a large menuki outside and it's decorated with clouds. The Habaki is a one piece brass construction. The actual Tsuba has been constructed from gold plated copper.The Fuchi is brass with dragon design. The Tsuka core is wooden with a imitation Ray Skin Same and a blue cotton Ito. The handle has two pegg, its rattan. The Saya is wooden with a blue piano lacquer finish. A blue cotton Sage-o has been tied around the Saya. The blade is made of 440 stainless steel and comes factory sharp. Overall Length: 40.25"
