Chicago Fusion Forged 18 Piece Block Set. Includes 7 3/4" chef's, 7" santoku, 7 3/4" serrated bread, 8" slicer, 5" Partoku®, 5" utility, 3 1/4" paring, 3" peeler, eight 4 1/4" steak knives and 8" sharpening steel. Knives (with the exception of the steak knives) have forged high-carbon stainless blades with exclusive Taper Grind edge for maximum sharpness, black comfort-grip poly handles and forged bolster guard. Steak knives are one-piece construction with standard edge blade and satin finish stainless handle. Sharpening steel has one-piece stainless handle. Wooden storage block with stainless accents.
