.Chicago Forum Forged 16 Piece Block Set. Includes 7 1/2" chef's, 7" santoku, 7 1/2" serrated bread, 4 1/2" Partoku®, 4 1/2" utility, 4 1/2" vegetable, 3" paring, 2 1/2" peeler, six 4 1/4" steak knives and kitchen shears. Knives are one-piece construction with forged high-carbon stainless blades with exclusive Taper Grind edge for maximum sharpness. Satin finish stainless handles with forged bolster guard. Shears have 2 3/4" cutting edge and black comfort-grip poly inserts in handles. Shears also have a notched area which can be used for a twist bottle opener or a nut cracker. All items store inside hardwood storage block with stainless accents. Storage block features built-in Magna Sharp® sharpener.
